A Discovery Call is a free 15 minute consultation appointment with you where I get to learn more about you, tell you about my photography background, present to you what my photography package options are, and what you can expect from me moving forward if you decide to book with Schlough Media!

After your Discovery Call, I will send you my Photography Adventure Guide, a Quote for your session options, & a pdf that outlines my package options and rates for your reference. If you decide to book with Schlough Media, that’s where I’ll send you a questionnaire, contract, and invoices. Depending on what we talk about within your Discovery Call & what you say within your questionnaire, we can schedule additional planning meetings as needed leading up to your session so you feel fully prepared!

After booking with me, I will send you a questionnaire that consists of your information, questions that ask about YOUR personality, what your vision for your session is, who will be at the session, and any other questions or concerns you may have leading up to your session. This is where you get to share your dreams with me about your session!

If you have a location in mind already for your senior photos, I will do what I can with you to make that location work! However, if you have no idea where you’d want photos yet, that’s ok. I can give recommendations based on what you want to feature within your photo session!

Yes, once you accept a quote from me, I will send you an invoice that will be 25% of the base level package you chose (the 25% does not include any of the add-ons: only the main package price). This 25% retainer invoice will be required to be paid upon booking in order to secure your time slot!

I do not include a travel fee for locations within 30 miles of Lake Hallie, WI. However, after 30 miles, there will be a $0.70 travel fee per extra mile above those 30 miles.

Your session is meant to display YOU! I can give recommendations for locations leading up to the session based on what we talk about in our Discovery Call and the answers you give in your client questionnaire. During the session, I will give you prompts & poses based on what you’re looking for in your photos.

Absolutely! I love animals, so it’s a special moment for me to be able to get photos of you with any of your pets. If you want photos with any of your pets/ animals, this is something we can plan leading up to your session!

A typical turnaround time for photos usually ranges from 3-6 weeks, unless you decide to add the 1 week turnaround time add-on to your photography package.

Absolutely! After you get your digital gallery, you can order prints, wall art, cards, & books/ albums. Note: if you order directly through Pixieset, this is an excellent way of further supporting your photographer rather than a fortune 500 company!
