The Problem
Despite the growing number of women who hunt and participate in outdoor sports, women are often underrepresented — or entirely absent — in hunting and outdoor brand imagery. This lack of representation makes it harder for women to see themselves reflected in the gear they use and the spaces they belong in.
The Solution
I created a purpose-driven personal project featuring Gamehide Naked North Camo to visually represent women in hunting in a way that feels authentic, capable, and confident. By photographing myself wearing my Gamehide hunting jacket in real hunting conditions, the imagery highlights both functionality — warmth, comfort, and practical storage — and representation.
The Result
This project not only showcases the quality of the gear, but also challenges the visual norm of the hunting industry by intentionally including women in the narrative!
